This mustard is medium in strength and is delicious with a steak, corn beef, roast lamb, chicken – even fish.  It is made with a blend of mustard seeds, lavender, olive oil, parsley, tarragon, salt, vinegar, honey, garlic and ginger.  Stir a teaspoon into your vegetable stock next time you’re stir-frying vegetables.
